1:13.2	ownership matter? Like, let's really be honest. Most of us start a business with these really high
1:18.1	hopes. We're excited. We're dreaming big. We imagine the lifestyle, the impact, the freedom. We come to the
1:26.1	table with something unique. And every single one of us,
1:28.3	we have gifts, we have skills, we have strengths. But here's the truth. We do not all come to the
1:34.5	table with the same level of accountability and ownership. Accountability is not about blame.
1:41.4	It's not about fault. Accountability is about responsibility. It's about taking full
1:47.7	ownership of your actions, your results, and your choices. Ownership goes hand in hand with
1:54.5	accountability. So when you think about ownership, this is what ownership is like, this is my business, my results
2:02.8	are my responsibility, my growth is in my hands, my team, my culture, my future, I own it.
2:11.2	Now, with that said, let's remove the ego because, like, I am because we are.
