1:02.3	brother. Thanks for having me. Absolutely. So, you know, why don't you give us a little background on,
1:08.0	you know, maybe where you came from, how you ended up in this. I read your bio, but I won't
1:13.9	do it any justice. Very interesting and very impressive, actually. So why don't you tell us who you
1:18.6	are? Sure. So I grew up in the Midwest. I grew up in the suburbs of Metro Detroit, a place called
1:24.9	Bloomfield Hills, spent most of my time there, went
1:28.5	to the University of Michigan, and then wound up moving to Miami about 16 years ago in
1:34.9	the Great Recession.

1:47.7	and just sort of worked my way up through different commercial real estate groups,
