I know, thank you. Can you believe this is, this will be, what, our third?

Absolutely, absolutely. There's a lot going on

out there today well they say that there there certainly is they say a third time is a charm so

let's hope that this is the case excited to be here things have been very very crazy in my world

and i think just in the world in general,

and I know you've had a lot going on, I feel like I'm sort of at this stage of constant anxiety,

constant, hence the name juggling chainsaws for the podcast. Just a constant constant feeling of overwhelm of of overwhelmment. And I think a lot of that is because we every second of every day were getting notifications. We're getting told constant information. Remember back in the day when we were always told,

when the Internet was the information highway.

I mean, it's information overload.

I feel like we are literally living in the land of confusion.

I get it.

Like the Genesis video, right?

Land of confusion from like the late 80s. It is information

overload recently. And I feel like, some days I feel like, you know, you've got the information

super highway. Like I'm trying to merge on it in like a 1973 Pinto, right, which caught on fire.

Yes, which we would catch on fire, right?

But it's, do you feel like, Tara, that you see so much conflicting info out there?

It's like you'll see something that talks about, you know, oh, take turmeric for your joints.

Then a week later, it's, oh, it causes liver damage.
