This is Kevin Canary here.

I wanted to tell you guys about a new book that we just released.

It's a vascular surgery oral board review book that I put together with two of my close friends,

Ravi Ambani and Andrew Wishy.

Ravi, why don't you tell our listeners a little bit about yourself?

Thanks for the intro, Kevin.

I grew up in a small town in Northeastern Pennsylvania before moving down to Philadelphia

for all my schooling.

I then moved across the state to complete a general surgery residency in Pittsburgh

where I became interested in basketball surgery for the first time.

I was fortunate enough to match into a fellowship at University Hospitals in Cleveland, Ohio.

And after finishing my training, I decided to stay on as a staff basketball surgeon

at the Lewis Stokes Cleveland VA Medical Center.

I currently also serve in the role as associate program director for our integrated residency

and independent fellowship programs.

Andrew, why don't you tell us a little bit about you?

I do have a little bit different path.

I started off, actually, my career as a baseball player.

I played baseball for the Razerbacks, University of Arkansas in Fayetteville,

Go Hogs, got drafted by the Texas Rangers baseball team and had a five-year minor league pro career.
