Today's episode is our sixth annual review episode, in which I will share some highlights

The first version of this episode was over two hours long so I had to go back and shorten it significantly.

It's like trying to sound bite yourself though, so quite challenging.

Since I did spend many hours reviewing the transcripts in preparation for this episode,

I was proud of the fact that every episode does stand alone, but they also fit together.

One of the themes that holds all the episodes together is the evolutionary approach, and you might wonder why would evolution be important
