Summary

It’s Abby’s first mystery, which means we’re hurtling at 99% of the speed of light toward the messy end of this thing wherein the birds eat our souls and The Gray Man who is behind it all nods once, lights a cigarette, and walks into the sunset. But there’s no time to think about that because this one’s very complicated! Ann and Ellen killed a man, Sergeant Johnson is more than willing to put a bunch of teens in mortal danger to solve the crime, and Cary Retlin just wants to watch the world burn.
