In regards to the coaching search, if maybe each of you would just sort of let us know any nuts and bolts you're willing to share as to your individual roles in the search.

And my question about it is sort of twofold.

Like one, when you're in those conversations, is the perception of the job from the outside as a

rebuild, a tear down, or do you feel like coaches that you're meeting with or prospective coaches

see this as almost win now or closer to win now? And I am curious if there's been any

questioning of you based on dismissing three coaches

in your tenure, you know, any pushback about getting enough time to do the job.
