It's got to stop. The disappointment and the lower charge conviction of police officer Dylan's murderer is terrible. A hearts go out to

Stephanie. And then this past week when we saw that we have a police officer,

Sergeant Duran, who was merely doing his duty. He had a moment's notice to make a quick call

as to whether or not his fellow police officers or the public would be injured. He did not intend to use lethal force rather than use his weapon, his gun.

He took his cooler and put it in the path of a alleged felon, a drug dealer,

someone who was also accused of assault. And he threw the cooler in the

way of Eric Dupree, who was fleeing the scene on a motorbike, could have injured people,

could have potentially killed people. And unfortunately, Eric did die from injury sustained by that, but he wasn't wearing
