What's up fire nation truly an honor to be here real quick. I mean, I know this is like this podcast is ranked top five on Forbes. So huge honor huge honor to be here something controversial two things that a controversial.

First is a personal role and I think today everything is controversial. I don't think anybody can agree on anything so I'll start with this.

I have this rule call the I'm a loser rule and I think it goes against everything today where everyone's like everyone thinks they're boss.

I think there's a lot of things that I value and I go off with this 99% rule of the loser rule which helped me become successful and essentially it's the opposite of the 1% rule where only 1% become successful only 1% get an NBA 1% becomes wealthy.

I understood this I was like oh, okay, so this 99 chances that I'm going to be unsuccessful then I am going to be successful only one guy makes it.

And I looked in the room and I was thinking if I'm in a room full of 100 people I'm never the tallest never the richest I'm never the smartest so wow, I'm really likely to be in the 99 and the one.

So I was like, okay, let me start studying the 99 let me accept that I'm more likely to make the mistakes of the 99 and then let me start studying the 1% and then I started embracing my mistakes preparing against it and then I started working towards what the 1% do and within three years.

I went from being broke and debt and in three years I was in the 1% for my age and my town I think.

And by the way fire nation the reality is this you right now are studying the 1% you are listening to entrepreneurs on fire I've interviewed over 3700 entrepreneurs who are in the 1% so you are surrounding yourself with the 1% you are learning from them you are listening to them so congrats to you.

That's an interesting story. I started at the bottom I tell you the bottom you know most car dealerships you have management and you have sales people. I was the guy who paired your phone after a salesperson sold the car so I was like the bottom of the bottom and that was in 2018 I just my second child it was born.

The day after he was born I was like okay I'm gonna go and apply for jobs at every car dealership and I started working at this BMW dealership.
