Hi guys, welcome to another episode of Dear Reality, Your Eft.

Thank you so much for joining me this week.

I just wanted to do a little shout out to my listeners from last week. I

ended up almost passing out that afternoon. I was so incredibly sick so I'm so sorry that I stumbled my way through the

podcast but I was doing it the best I could with a favor and a thumping head so I

appreciate your dims that the podcast was shit last week, but you know I hope you came back and we can do better this week. So I personally have had a very interesting anxious week with my little girl

Ava who started daycare on Tuesday and I basically left the daycare in absolute floods of tears.

First thing in the morning it was my first drop off and then I thought I'd go and get my nails done to distract myself before I started work.

So two and a half hours into Ava's first day of daycare, she fell off a step, hit a gate and cracked her head.

So she was bleeding from the skull and I got a call halfway through my nails telling me that I had to come and take my daughter to the emergency room to have her little head glued back together.

So that was a really lovely first experience of daycare. But I got back on the horse. She went yesterday. She had the best time. She made volcanoes. She was doing all the arts and crafts they did like a little artwork for her to bring

home to me which was so amazing and I must admit after spending the last kind of 15 months with her 24-7.

It is so nice just to have a little bit of time to concentrate on work and not get crawled on while I'm trying to answer emails and things like that.

So as much as we had a bit of a rocky start, I feel like good things are ahead for us. So once again apologies for the

podcast last week. I'm not trying to say it was anything other than what it was

which was a fucking hot mess but this week I'm so excited I've got Shina and Brock on they have
