Coming at you a Thursday afternoon, I have Britt Robson of MinPosts joining me for

today's episode, Britt. You wrote an article this morning titled The Wolves Look to Make

Their Closing Argument that they are yes, pretty damn good. And I want to start with one paragraph from that story that ties to Carl Anthony Towns because

I think it really, I don't know if it summed up what everybody else has been thinking about

Kat in this time, but it struck a chord with me.

And it's when you talked about how it's your bias to kind of discredit things like the three-point performance

or a one-game, 60-point game of just kind of noise over the course of this season.

But I really liked in the following paragraph, you described why that actually matters.

So for readers who haven't yet read this article,

why do things like the three-point contest and a 60-point game matter? Well, I think because Kat

needs ratification or needed ratification.

And I just think that if you look at what happened,

you know, he came into the league. First couple of years, he was regarded by GMs as the guy to have among everybody.

But Flip Saunders died before, after he drafted him, Sam Mitchell, Tibbs in that era,

you know, the Jimmy Hazing, you know, then Rosas and Ryan, his bosom buddy, but, you know,

somewhat callow bosom buddy. And, you know, somewhat callow, bosom buddy.

And, you know, it just got to be this thing where he, everybody knows a cat is a people

pleaser at heart, but some of that comes from wanting it in return, you know?

I mean, he's just somebody who wants

ratification. And for all his talent and all his skills, and oh, by the way, I forgot about,
