Summary
Britney Spears has had a busy week. First, she reached a settlement with her father, agreeing to pay him a reported $2 million to cover his legal fees related to their conservatorship battle. And to top it off, an ambulance was called to Hollywood's infamous Chateau Marmont early Thursday morning after a 911 call reported an injured woman, who turned out to be Britney.
