there are a couple of places that I do like to start.

I like to start with the weather, which is obviously very important for this week.

I also like to start with ownership and then we'll kind of go through your questions.

I have intentionally waited on really diving into the weather for this week because it changes

all the time. I want to make sure we're getting the most up-to-date information.

So what you're looking at right now is Windfinder. This is their super forecast.

It is by the hour. This is right in Port Rush for this week.

And I'm just going to kind of look at this together with you.

So the way that I see this, we've got winds between 10 and 17 miles an hour all day long,

with gusts from 15 to 32 miles an hour.

The worst of the wind appears to be late morning, early afternoon.

So that is basically 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. local time is where the worst of the wind seems to be.
