| 0:46.8 | So basically, Torres just slapped down Gensler at the SEC in a major way |
| 0:52.3 | and set a precedent in the courts, in federal court, for the fact that altcoins, |
| 1:00.3 | which I guess is considered anything other than Bitcoin, typically, |
| 1:03.3 | but altcoins are not in and of themselves securities. |
