But for now, let's get into it. We need to talk about whether or not Emily is going to cover the Brian Walsh case. Look, I've told you all we would keep an eye on it. I've told you all I wasn't sure how the timing was going to work out.

1:24.1	that he undergo a mental health evaluation and the trial was postponed.
1:29.2	The judge issued an order for a competency examination on Monday.
1:33.2	The court did not release a copy of the order citing medical records.
1:36.0	Yeah, it's a competency evaluation.
