Brian Green is not only a brilliant theoretical physicist, but he's also a man dedicated to bringing the wonder of science to the rest of us.

And that includes me.

Brian and his wife Tracey Day asked me to join them a dozen or so years ago when they began the World Science Festival.

And it's been a continuing education for me ever since.

I've interviewed some of the world's sharpest minds on dozens of stages in New York and Brisbane, happily contributing my ignorance and curiosity to the job of bringing their work to a wider audience.

The Festival captures Brian's extraordinary ability to bring a scientist's understanding of nature at a very deep level, up to the surface where we are so we can enjoy it too.

I'm always curious about how someone is able to do that. So I invited Brian in for a conversation at our studio in Manhattan.
