So Peter is with me today. And Peter, good morning. It is a monumental

morning. It is a historic morning. It is a morning that I believe the NFL never dreamed it would be

waking up to. The fact that a young coach, a young black coach on the right side of 40,

willing to take the calculated risk with his future career to call out decades of alleged

slash actual systemic racism as it relates to coaches in front office executives.

I was stunned when I saw it.

15 hours later, I'm still stunned by it.

And we're going to spend a lot of time over the next couple of hours, breaking it down and helping people understand what it means and where it goes from here.

My absolute first reaction was, I guess Brian Flores isn't getting any one of

these jobs and he knows it because clearly, I doubt sincerely that if Nick Casario in Houston had said,

hey, Brian, we're going to give you this job.

I doubt he would have done this.

But, you know, look, I don't know where it's going to land, Mike.

None of us know where this is going to land.

These are accusations.

They are powerful.

They are strong and they are damning accusations, that if proven correct, will have to result, if at least the Miami Dolphins part of it, is proven correct, that the owner of the team, Stephen Ross, acted the way he did.

The NFL is going to have to strip him of his franchise.

And we're going to spend a lot of time.
