Hi everyone Robby here with Rob D yes we know it's Wednesday yes we know we don't normally podcast on this day

But there's been a bit going gone and we're gonna talk about Brexit and the EU referendum. So Rob I've had quite a few emails from people since quite early on on Friday saying are you going to do a

podcast about Brexit what we do what's happening what's happening why anyone

should listen to us I don't know because we call this one completely wrong we

did first of all I want to. I can't remember who it was, but there was somebody in a summit

about six months ago and said, oh, well what happens about Brexit is one of their questions.

And I said to him at the time time I'm not even going to discuss it

because it's just not going to happen so you know who you are I apologize publicly I

also apologize for Robin I'm sure with yourself for our Ask Robin Rob episode we did a little while back where we pretty

much dismissed the whole idea of Brexit again. So if you want to continue

listening to our views feel free but also feel free to ignore them completely

because we didn't get this one right. No but then politicians get everything wrong as well and they don't even apologize.

So at least we're a little bit better than that.

We've had a lot of people asking us what's going to happen next in terms of property.

We did our summit the other day and it was as you'd expect a very, very hot topic there as well. This podcast we're just going to talk

about it very quickly. We're going to go into it in more detail next week. But it is a topic that

we can cover from a property perspective at least, quite quickly, because what's going to happen I don't think

anything much is going to happen at all. No not at all but let's give you a quick
