As you sit up straight, close your eyes and gently elevate your eyes and feel a subtle shift upward in your mood.

Now conceptualize the kind of stress you are experiencing in your life.

It could be a major stressor. It could be a type of stress you experience chronically day in and day out and you feel it wearing you down.

Now reflect on your safe space that you created in the yesterday's episode.
