you're taking estrogen, especially estradiol, which is one of our three forms of

estrogen in our body, we have estriol, estradiol, and estrone.

And estradiol is our most stimulatory form of estrogen.

So it can and will stimulate breast tissue.

So sometimes when the estradial levels are too high, they will cause,

that elevation will cause breast tenderness. So sometimes that happens because we're just not clearing and metabolizing estrogen appropriately.
