0:47.8	Today we're going to be talking about some breakout pitchers.
0:50.1	Last week, Drew and I talked about some breakout hitters, but now it's time to talk about those pitchers.
0:56.0	But I want to talk about a pitcher who signed first, Ryan, Yuki Matsui, joining the San Diego Padres on a five-year deal.
1:03.8	Matsui has been one of the best relievers and one of is probably understating it, probably the best reliever in the Japanese leagues over the last few years,
1:12.2	is coming off a year where he had a 1.57 ERA, 39 saves, 13 walks, two of those intentional,
1:19.3	by the way, 72 strikeouts. That's a whip of 0.89, which is a disprovement.
