have a cold because apparently we can still get those, but I'm not quite sure because it might

also be allergies that I've never had. Jared Hill coming up on the show this week. We are digging

into some emotional trauma of trevils. We're going to be getting into this episode. As you'll see,

it's called breaking up. It's hard to do getting into trevils break up life. And I mean, that's

really what this is about. Let's get into that. It's not. It's not. That's actually all that we

talked about. And I really just wanted to send you a Jacqueline. But first, we want to give you a

little bit of an update on something we told you about here before. Earlier this year, I don't know

if you've heard, but we're writing books. We've got books that are being written and Treville has

let you know every week in the introduction that they are an authoress and authoress to an author

rest. Yes. As we told you all historically black phrases is going to be our book that you'll be

able to get where air you buy your books, ideally in a black book store somewhere near you. So we

thought that we'd give you all a bit of a status update as we hit a major milestone this past Friday.

We turned in all of the books phrases with an asterisk because they might be more. We hopefully,

Caitlin's not listening to the show right now and being like, there might be more.

Caitlin is our editor. Yeah. Caitlin is our editor at 10 speed. But we've written nearly 250 phrases

for the first draft and we don't see how many make it to the final book for those of you wondering

why it takes so long and when I say those of you, I mean those of me, it's a long process putting

together a book and getting it to stores. We've got multiple rounds of edits coming up and then

designs with edits and then layouts with edits and then more copy edits and then it has to be printed
