We have some important developments this afternoon from Iran to Donald Trump's conversations with reporters,

to the fact that the President of the United States is actively negotiating a possible $10 billion settlement with the federal government,

billions of dollars that would go directly into his own pockets.

This afternoon, Donald Trump, over the past eight hours, had been posting

numerous statements about Iran. Every single time he posted statements about Iran, something else

came out that was seemingly contradictory. At the same time, we're learning that the straight

of war moves, despite previously claiming that it was open for business, may not actually be open at all.

The ceasefire between Lebanon and Israel isn't really a ceasefire as Israel continues strikes today in Lebanon from a, quote, defensive posture.

And Trump is on the verge of making a large windfall of money from the federal government, your taxpayer dollars going directly into his pocket.

Because right now, something that I've noticed and I've

seen throughout the day today, and I've started seeing more and more regularly, every reporter in

Washington, D.C. has the president's phone number. Shoot, if I wanted it, I could get the president's

phone number. It's been offered to me multiple times. That's not how reporting, in my opinion,

should work these days because what happened today and what

we've seen over the past many weeks is that Donald Trump spends the day calling reporters and telling

them X, Y, Z, a whole host of things that he wants to see happen. So today, he spoke to reporters from

Axios, from CBS and elsewhere and told them all these things about the straight of Ormoos,

ceasefire negotiations, et cetera.

Every time he would say something, an hour later, we'd learn that what he says may not actually

be fully accurate.
