These patterns are so hard to break because they're often what we've always known. When you grow up

in dysfunction, you know like, okay, this is what I don't want, but it can be really hard to figure

out what you do want. Research shows that we are more likely to enter into dysfunction and

time to say, why is this happening? I accepted the people who rejected me.
