0:06.1	Dina Dahl of course Michael Cohen will not be joining us until the end of the Donald Trump trial proceedings, which I think will occur this week,
0:19.7	Dina, I think we're going to get a verdict at some point this week.
0:24.3	The timing of when this show was going to begin
0:27.3	and when Karen Freedom Magniflo and I
0:29.7	were going to do our review of today's trial proceedings.
0:34.6	It's been in flux given the lengthy summations,
0:38.5	the lengthy closing arguments that have taken place
0:41.6	throughout the day.
0:42.4	And so as a scheduling note what we all
0:45.2	figured we would do is political beat down starts now of course here we are and
0:50.1	then following political beat down because we are still in the prosecution's
0:56.7	summation when that concludes then Karen Friedman Agnifilo and I will do a complete review of everything that went down during today's trial proceeding.
1:09.4	So today, Tuesday, the day after Memorial Day, it was time for summations.
1:15.1	That means the closing arguments.
1:17.8	The order of operations is the defense goes first.
1:22.1	Prior to the closing arguments taking place, Justice
1:25.2	Mershahn asked the parties how long they thought their closing arguments
1:30.1	would go. The defense said about two and a half hours and they were pretty much on track and kept to that time.
1:36.8	The prosecution said theirs would last about four and a half hours and Dina they've gone a little longer I think then we or others expected but the jury
1:48.6	still seems alert as Justice Mershon acknowledges.
1:52.6	They still seem very engaged, their writing notes.
