Guys how are you doing today?

I'm doing really well.

You know, it's funny to say that because my father-in-law, I'm pretty sure he does

dumpster dive.

And my dad, I don't know if you knew this, but he delivered dumpsters for a while. The goods that he would get out of those things, man, they're great. Way better than what we're going to find today.

Oh, dude, way better than what's on Twitter. So we're going to talk about a discussion that I blame

fully on Brian about modesty on Twitter, but first I have to know we've all got some libations this afternoon so first of all what

what are we what are we drinking today? Well Eric we we are enjoying a custom

blend so you know a lot of guys they We are enjoying a custom blend.

So, you know, a lot of guys they get their, they get their whiskey in a bottle.

And then they just, like Neanderthals, just drink whatever's there.

Just open the model and pour it in a glass and drink it. What the heck?

What we do is we take bottles of whiskey that are less expensive and try to replicate more expensive ones.

So Dan, walk us through, what are we drinking today?

Yeah, so what we have here is a lovely,

Macallin 12 Sherry Kask, which is fantastic on its own. It has a Macallin funk,

as we like to call it. It has like an earthy mushroom fungal type of

aroma that's really pleasant. But you know the problem with with the Macallin 12

is that it's also very very sweet. It's very sweet. But you know it's not sweet is, well actually it is sweet.
