0:33.5	former FBI director James Comey and New York York Attorney General, Letitia James.
0:39.3	Okay, the judge is named Cameron McGowan Curry.
0:44.3	She was appointed to the position of overseeing this prosecution.
0:50.3	It's not the trial judge, okay?
0:53.3	By the Fourth Circuit Chief Justice, Albert Diaz.
0:59.0	Now, this, the press is going to make a big deal out of this. It's not that big a deal.
1:03.8	So Judge Curry threw it out because the Justice Department attorney prosecuting the cases named Lindsay Halligan.
1:13.6	She used to be Donald Trump's personal lawyer in Florida.
1:17.6	All right, she took over when the other U.S. attorney for the Eastern District,
1:24.6	that's Virginia, said, I can't make a case. But what you need to know,
1:29.8	and what is absolutely fair to say, is that all of these judges, Judge Curry, Judge Diaz,
1:37.5	who appointed Judge Curry, the federal prosecutor, they're all very liberal people.
1:46.0	Now, I can't prove that their ideology has anything to do with this,
1:52.0	but, you know, connecting the dots is something that we all should do.
1:57.0	But here's something interesting about Judge Curry.
2:00.0	She didn't throw it out forever.
2:03.6	And the government can appeal. The government will appeal. I think, I'd be surprised, by saying
2:10.4	that Ms. Halligan was duly appointed by the Justice Department. The Attorney General Pam Bondi
2:16.7	wanted her. Pam Bondi has the authority to do that.
2:20.3	So let's get going.
