You can imagine Hollywood everything is really driven by making money.

I am joined by my banter buddy, John Horn of the Los Angeles Times, who is in Telluride for the film festival.

Hello, Kim.

So, John, it's a long haul to get to Telluride, but looking at the list of films, it seems like very rewarding, potentially.

And certainly has been in years past. I mean, it is hard to get to this mountain town in Colorado, but over the last couple of years, any number of Oscar winners have premiered here, including Slumdog Millionaire, Argo, and the King's Speech. And this year are the high-profile titles. The new movies

are 12 years of slave, Labor Day, Jason Reitman's new movie, Gravity with George Clooney,

and then a couple of films that played in Cannes, including Robert Redford's nearly

dialogue-free, sailing disaster movie, all is lost. And Gravity just unveiled itself in Venice.
