had longer time to train and I was traveling quite a bit so I had missed some days and then it was two weeks

20-mileer and I ended up hurting my foot and then I wasn't 100% going into the marathon and had to

like stop running two weeks before because I was just trying to get healthy so I came in a little cold

it's amazing that I was still able to do it like I'm I'm stoked by cardio kept up, but my legs definitely felt it.
