0:29.0	Well, as we are coming to you from our studios, one of our legal teams is actually in Colorado.
0:36.0	The issue, of course, is a big one.
0:38.0	And that involves a situation we talked about a couple of months back on the broadcast.
0:43.0	There's been an attempt by a number of organizations and individuals to not allow the name of Donald Trump to even appear on the ballot.
0:52.0	So in Colorado, an organization called Crew actually filed a lawsuit in the county court, which is they call it their district court, but that's their state court system.
1:03.0	And in that particular case, they have filed a suit and we intervened on behalf of the Colorado Republican State Central Committee.
1:13.0	That's the GOP of Colorado.
1:15.0	Now, let me tell you what's at stake here.
1:18.0	The idea, and there are academics that believe this, and then there's academics on the other side that says, let's say no.
1:25.0	There's a 14th Amendment Section 3 disqualification clause.
1:29.0	Somebody's involved in insurrection and guilty of an insurrection and be disqualified from holding office.
1:34.0	That's the basis upon which this lawsuit has been filed.
1:38.0	You ask yourself, is Donald Trump been found guilty of insurrection?
1:42.0	Well, no. Has he been charged with insurrection?
1:45.0	No. Have there been talk in the media about insurrection? Yes.
