was I think you were four was it you were four weeks out from the olympi?

No, you were quite a bit out from the olympia the last time you were on.

I remember it was leading up to olympia, that's all I remember.

Yeah, I remember saying I think you're gonna win and then you won.

Right. And then you're supposed to come on after the show and then you just got way too busy.

So now we're catching up.

Yeah, definitely catching up because yeah that was a whirlwind. We got a lot to catch up.

is one of my questions that's kind of been,

I've never had a, anyone that I knew well that was Mr Olympia you know I mean it's

always been such a far like I didn't know Jay that well I didn't know I mean you

actually worked together at Cy Tech and I kind of we had a friendly relationship so I always

want to ask somebody just straight up what's it like being Mr. Olympia like what

is it like from one bodybuilder to another like what happened after you became Mr. Olympia?

It just magnifies literally pretty much everything from how many people want to

see you parents wise you know how many people want to see you parents wise you know how many people in your inboxes

unless you about this and that how much criticism you get like everything's
