I have warm and fuzzy feelings in my tum-tum, but I think that was just the time period when

AEW was around. It was super special in 2021 and 2022 when we were coming out of the pandemic.

But nowadays, if you do researchist online or go read some message boards and you also probably

remember from a few years pack

people did not like it now i always remember when brandy roads came out and said who told you it was

open mic night add in the b word bitch cinema which is an all-time meme these days and people use

it constantly but yes the feedback to this was less than desirable and actually when you kind you kind of watch it, this is very WW sports entertainment. And if you were to all of a sudden do this on AEW TV today, once again, I don't think people would actually be into it. And they would go, why are you doing this AEW? That's not what you said you do. Now, Dale Lambert kicked all this off by going after Cody Rhodes. And let's not forget that he was getting mega heat when he came in as the MMA guy, going, oh, wrestling, and they stink. And as we all know, MMA is super duper real, a bro wrestling is super duper fake. He also took a shot at Cody and his business politics saying we all know there's only one reason why you are at the top of the card. So we were kind of peeling back the four world here. We were going behind the curtain.

And maybe that's another reason it did send people crazy. Because I think a few individuals are

like, don't go WCW the year 2000. I don't like it when people say that in the modern day.

Go back and watch W W in the year 2000. Nothing is as bad. I'm going to use my always example.

They had no disqualification matches that ended in DQ's. The best burn is when Dan Lambert told Cody Rhodes, your reality TV show sucks, which is not a burn in any sense of the imagination. I mean, has anybody even watched that thing? When Cody Rhodes came out and he actually took the men of the year, who was Ethan Page and Scorpio Sky, and he was like, You're so horrible to me, and you've let yourself down. And then, of course, they beat him up as Dan learned but laugh. Dusty Rhodes ran out to save his brother and Sammy Guevara was getting involved here too, because this was a very different presentation of Sammy G. And then, yes, after this, I suppose Dan decided, well, I don't want to go after Cody anymore, because he did try to whip my ass. so I'm going to turn my attention to his wife, Brandy Boat. Now, I'm going to have to be very

careful how I do talk about this, because I don't want to be too insulting, but yes, he essentially called her the W word and insinuated that maybe she was a lady of the knight. We'll use that old expression. He then went after Cody wrote his neck to two. I said, that's such a downgrade

for what he's just talking about in terms of intensity.

And the real crazy thing is that even though Dan Lambert was being the worst person ever,

and Brandy Rhodes was trying to come back at him, while the fans started to boo Brandy.

Actually, they're basically booing everything, but still.

She basically called Dan a less talented version of Paul Heyman,

even though I think Dan Lambert was meant to be cosplaying Jim Cornett. When Dan got the microphone and said,

I actually prefer Jim Cornett. This has gone totally off the rails. When he actually said the

line, I would rather have my ball stapled to me rather than hear your coarse horrible voice

again. I was like, Dan, I understand what you're doing here. It's most definitely a lie. During this segment as well, the crowd just totally turns on it, which does make it awkward, when Brandy Roots continues on with the insult and basically says, again, you're going to have to watch it for yourself to make your own determinations that maybe just maybe Dan Lambert pays certain women to beat him up. So basically he's super kinky and then yes, Lambert comes back by saying, well, I think you're a stripper and maybe I'll beat you up. And you can see what I'm doing now. I'm staring off into the horizon, into the night, into the abyss. Maybe we shouldn't have done this. Now the funniest part is that just as they're about to engage Jim Ross went modern day Jim Ross and he just says, well, I think that's bad booking. This is not good booking here. Now one, I think this was saying the quiet part out loud. I imagine what JR meant to go on about was, oh my gosh, this is a bad idea by Brandy Rhodes. But nope, that's not what he says. He may as well have gone. This sucks.
