I haven't had a chance to read anything that you've written, if anything, on this upheaval in the Boston coaching and front office.

But what were your initial thoughts when you heard that news?

So I've been hearing stuff about the age part for, for several weeks.

So that part didn't shock me that much.

The part that really shocked me was that

they were moving Stevens up. One, because he's one of the best coaches, right? So now you create a

vacancy there. And then two, obviously, he's never been, he's never worked in the front office

before. So there's presumably going to be a learning curve there for him. Not to say that he

can't do it, but he's definitely unproven in that capacity, certainly. So that was a big surprise on
