All right, guys, today we got a special guest on the podcast. His name is Brad Gray. So he's a

national speaker of biblical land study tour leader Bible expert and author. He's also the president

and CEO of walking the text, which is an organization that teaches people how to read the Bible

with clarity and confidence. And he actually does that by leading these Bible study experiences

in Israel and in Turkey. And he's also the executive producer of a forthcoming TV show called

The Sacred Thread, which will take the audience through the ancient biblical world with exploration

of famous locations, interviews with experts and all this never before seen cinematic visuals

of maps and historical figures and painted scenes and all that. But the interesting thing about

this conversation today is all that stuff is cool, like leading these study tours is cool. And

doing this TV show is cool. And guys, we spent a lot of time talking about the study tours

and talking about the sacred thread, but the whole thing that is the thread if you will that goes

through this entire interview, but also all of Brad Gray's career is this insatiable appetite for

the Bible. Because if we're going to be honest and we talked about this in the podcast itself and I've

talked about it before on my show is that at the end of the day, a lot of people don't read the

Bible because they're nervous. They don't know how to. They think they're going to do it poorly

or wrongly. They think you can't just read the Bible. You have to study it. And in order to study

it, you need to have, you know, the amount of commentaries and you need to know Greek and Hebrew

and air make and all these different things. And so what they end up doing is they do nothing.

They don't open up an app on their phone. They don't open up a website. They don't pull the,

you know, the Bible off the shelf. They just don't do any of that. And so what Brad has really done

with the majority of his career is try to make sure that that's not the case for people. And for
