Hey, wonderful's welcome to episode 299 of the podcast. I realize that is a bit of a significant number and I am very excited to hit the 300 mark because of work and travel and family and just all kinds of stuff

that's been going on. I probably will not be releasing the 300th episode next week,

but I'm very much excited for you to listen to this boy of summer.
