Coming up on the show today, we've got one that I'm excited about.

We've got some conversation around boycotts and cancel culture and the ways that we feel

about those things.

But first, it's time for us to pass the popcorn.

We've got to get into something that I was really big up in here last week and probably

the week before that.

As you may know, I've made no secret about in the Heights being a movie and story that

I've been really excited about and waiting for and in love with for over a decade.

And this weekend, the story set in Washington Heights Manhattan debuted to a lot of right

reviews from people who pre-screened it.

And it came out to the masses and there was some feedback that they got the film received

by many, but specifically me reviews that it was a fantastic piece of work that I had

a lot of beautiful imagery, exciting musical numbers and a compelling story.

But if you just pay a little bit more attention, you do start to notice the issue of white

supremacist ugly baby colorism.

All of the film stars are light-skinned Latinos with the exception white supremacist ugly

child colorism.

Do you not get it?

I mean, it works.
