0:15.3	It is Tuesday morning, April 18th, the day after the 2023 Boston Marathon.
0:21.5	And I'm rolling solo for this episode because I'm still on a high from all of the action.
0:26.4	The elite races did not disappoint.
0:29.2	And so yesterday on my train ride back to New York City, I put together a newsletter

0:35.7	It was 26.2 parting thoughts from the 2023 Boston Marathon.
0:39.7	Then I figured that I wouldn't leave the podcast audience hanging.

0:50.6	because I don't write all as much as I used to back when I was at Sports Illustrated and
0:55.8	it felt really nice and cathartic to sit on the train and just hammer away, recapping
1:01.2	all of the action and putting a lot of my immediate thoughts into words.
