They got one bench point one, which is not surprising because you know you throwing Aaron Henry and Charles Bassie and Miles Powell out there.

Celtics getting 30 points from Jalen Brown though he did not shoot well. He did go to the line 10 times 17 from Tatum did not have a great game.

So in the third segment I'll talk a little bit more about Peyton in the second segment again to some of these individual performances but let's start with the Joel and bead thing because I think Joel getting too comfortable was the big story of this game.

He comes in and is playing against Ennis Cantor who or NSK freedom who is is here partly because he's supposed to be the guy that in a pinch guards the big big strong cuff centers like an imbeade but I don't think that Cantor or NS got a chance to really flex his his strength there because really imbeade was settling for jumpers early.

And was stepping into them and and like I said got too comfortable everybody after the game said he got too comfortable and got into a rhythm if you look at his shot chart which I use on Boston Sports Journal by the way for those of you don't know me if you're just tuning in on John Corralis I cover the team for Boston Sports Journal and I've written a book called a Boston Celtics all time all stars which is available everywhere books are sold with Cantor not really didn't really put his head down and try to bowl through.

And it's but what he did was he just stepped into a lot of very comfortable warm up level shots and he got a few down early and then he just kept hitting those he found the rhythm he was just you know easily just stepping into them and and that that just hurt the Celtics all along what they said afterwards what Jalen said afterwards was the plan was the guard him one on one with heavy digs which is the guards.

In the perimeter digging down sliding down trying to dig at the ball and disrupt this dribble get him to pick it up get him to give the ball up get him to stop like trying to get to the rim trying to just make things uncomfortable for him and they barely did that at first which is kind of wild because this is the same game plan that you have against them be all the time that you want to play him one on one if you can and dig down with the guards and try to get him to pass.

Give the ball up you don't want him to crush you you don't want him to dominate whoever he's facing in the post and if someone else beats you then someone else beats you the problem is the Celtics they missed opportunities first of all defensively to do that and to me the big story of this game was that and beat had to early files in the first five minutes of the game this was a massive massive opportunity for the Celtics to go at him and trying to figure out a way to put him in actions challenge him.

Force him to either make a play or potentially put himself in position to file or just get out of the way and they really didn't take advantage of that he had two early files he finished the game with three that is inexcusable and acceptable for the Celtics to not take advantage of that here's the one guy it's the one guy that you're supposed to all be on the same page on and they weren't they weren't all playing a cohesive game plan against him.
