I think the place to start is with something you and I have followed for a long time and

has got some news, which is from Ira Wenderman about Miami and Chris Bosch that if it sounds like,

and this is something Albert Nemat has done a great job on over the past few months, that the two

sides are coming to an agreement which is kind of going to exist, parallel to but sort of outside

the CBA in order to resolve the situation before the new CBA kicks in. Yeah, under the old CBA,

the issue was that if Bosch were removed from the heat seller cap via a long term injury

exclusion, which a neutral doctor basically said that he couldn't play anymore. If he played 25

games for another team, then his money would come right back onto the heat books and he still has

two years left on that five year max deal that he signed in the summer of 2014. That's unlikely

that he would play that for another team, but also and it wouldn't happen of course until after

they used their cap space this summer, but it still could really mess up the heat books in the
