Friends, we are doing the overbooked and overwhelmed book club because today is the launch day of my new book,

Overbooked and Overwound, How to Keep Up with God when you're just trying to keep up with life.

It is out today.

It's available anywhere books are sold online in store, Christian book, Barnes & Noble, Amazon.

Also in select Walmarts across the nation, you I am so excited about this if you see it in a

Walmart in a Barnes & Noble on a shelf at your local bookstore or your library please take a

picture and tag me I'm so excited and I'm so excited to go on a little hunt and look for

where they are around me but back to what we're talking about. It is the launch of our four-week book club

here on the podcast. This has kind of been my motto for the whole book club as I've been praying

and preparing. And that is that this, my hope, is not a lecture hall, but actually a living room.

Friend, I would love nothing more than to be with you around a table with a hot

cup of coffee or an iced matcha, whatever your vibe is, talking about this book, praying together.

But this will have to be the second best option. So the whole point of this is really community.

It's an option for a woman on the go who wants to read in her pockets of her moments or listen

to the audiobook and then come here and unpack it and have a point of community, spiritual

growth and revival going deeper and wider.

And so I'm so excited to take these next four weeks, the whole month of August, to unpack

this book, to share more of the heart to give you

more of an exclusive sneak peek to walk away feeling refreshed and also do something on the

podcast that feels like a book club in person or at least the next best thing I also want to share
