just some general thoughts now I was able to read most of this stuff I think all of it over the course of my break and we were

going to be reading book three and book four so we ended at book five that's right so it's a nice big

thick look at that look at all that blubber right there nice big thick chunk of

pages and boy is this amazing now it starts off

chapter 14 which for me is page 183. This is the beginning. This is what we get for the second

film. Now in Godfather 2 is when we get these flashbacks to to Sicily or we haven't gotten that I

don't know how far it we it probably goes there but the flashbacks to Don Vito

becoming Don Vito becoming Don Vito.

How he got to the to New York how he got his name and and a lot of things like I said in the show tonight to read this and then go and watch the movie and

understand that what is going on in between the

you know Jenko you know about Jenko olive oil if you watch the movie if you never read the book you don't really know anything beyond the fact that oh well the Don he was a partner in an olive oil company in New York and

knowing you know mafia movies and all that stuff it was probably a front for something else

when actually it was pretty legitimate business.
