better than before. A book, the author says, tackles the question, how do we change? And it's all

about habits and tactics for making and breaking them. But first, a cocktail. I have a pumpkin pie bourbon and pear cocktail.

I know a little surprise.

I didn't know you had a pumpkin pie happening.

So this is inspired from a cocktail on the honestly yum blog.

And I guess I infused bourbon.

I know.

I poured some bourbon in a jar last night, put in some pumpkin pie spice, let that sit for a day, and then I strained that out.

The recipe had called for me to strain it through a coffee filter.

And when I started doing that, I realized, oh, this will take approximately six hours.

It's going so slow.

So I did my best to get it through there.

And then I also chopped up some pear, heated that up with like a simple syrup mix.

And then I put some more pumpkin pie spice in there because I feel like you can never, yeah,

I feel like it was going to heat up.

And then there's also some lemon juice and a little top of club soda.

I love it.

It's very pretty.

It's a very pretty fall color.

I'm excited.
