1:27.2	New York's 18th Senate District contains most of Williamsburg, a big part of Green Point.
1:32.0	Cypress Hills, some of Bedstuy, and almost all of Bushwick.
1:35.6	Spanish has spoken in about half the households, about a third of the district's residents are foreign-born,
1:40.4	and I'm guessing some of the recent newcomers come from such exotic locales as New Jersey in the Midwest.
1:46.2	Since 2003, the area has been represented in the State Senate by Martin Dillon.
1:50.8	Dillon was previously a member of the City Council during his tenure.
