The last time anyone can recall having seen or heard from 32 year old Nicole or

Nicky Fitz was April 1st 2016 and oddly enough the last time anyone can recall having seen Nicole's two-year-old daughter

Ariana was about a month and a half earlier, sometime in mid-February. Both Nicki and Ariana were reported missing by concerned family members

with the San Francisco Police Department on April 5th, 2016.

However, only three days later, on April 8th,

Nicky Fitz's body was discovered by an employee of the city's parks

and recreation department buried in a shallow grave in John McLaren Park,

which has an unfortunate reputation for being a body dump.

Nicky was in a fetal position.

The grave itself was not covered with dirt, but rather a piece of

plywood that had a strange symbol spray painted in gray on it. I have posted a picture of the

plywood as its image has been released to the media in an effort to find anyone who might recognize it or know where it came from because it is believed to have not come from anywhere within the park.

Investigators have theorized that whoever placed Nicky in that shallow grave

brought this plywood with them and placed it on top of her remains.

So now they have found Nicky.

The only real clue they have is this odd piece of plywood.

And there is still one huge mystery that to this day hasn't been solved.

Where in the world is Ariana Fitz? The park was scoured for any sign of the toddler to no avail.

Only mom's remains were found.

The information out there about this case is limited, but what the
