Hey, everybody. Happy New Year. Happy 2023. And while I would love to go into all the things I'm doing and pitching, this is a bonus episode. So let's just get to the content. So no doubt you may be thinking about setting some resolutions this year or goals. And you absolutely may detest the entire concept around goals and resolutions. And let me be honest,

I have found myself more in that latter camp for many, many years until that is. I found the
