0:24.4	As we all know, the atrocities of war are back in our faces and news feeds with what's happening in Israel and Palestine.
0:32.3	As of this recording, there is 1,300 people who are dead in Israel. That equates to 45,000 Americans. By comparison, 9-11 was
0:45.8	3,000 Americans and rocked our entire nation. This is the equivalent in terms of population side,
0:52.1	the 45,000 Americans for us. We all like soundbite answers,
0:57.8	and there's just not a lot of sound bite answers, because even though I've been over to Israel 15 times,
1:03.1	I would say I'm pretty, pretty well informed of all things Israel. It's still complex and confusing to me.
1:12.9	And I know there's a portion of what I believe and think that it is wrong.
1:16.2	I don't know what it is or I would change it.
1:17.5	It's just complicated.
1:19.5	So I'm in this place where a lot of us are.
1:21.6	What do we do this country or this city, Jerusalem?
1:25.7	Psalm says to pray for the peace of Jerusalem. It is
1:28.9	crazy that a area of the world stays at the center of relevancy in the world for thousands and
1:42.3	thousands of years. There has been any country for thousand,
1:45.0	thousand years that's been relevant or at the center of discussions like Israel has. Because
1:50.3	there's something happening over there in the spiritual realm. To help us today to understand it,
1:55.9	not so much the conflict with Hamas, we need to understand that. We also need to do something about it.
2:02.2	By the way, the organization I lead is putting $100,000 into Convoy of Hope that's going to be
2:09.5	taking care and relief to 20,000 Palestinian and Israelis that are inside the borders who are in
2:15.8	the midst of this. They're going to be buying supplies in Israel, and then they're going to be distributing those supplies to help people. So we need to be engaged with this in a significant way. But we also need to better understand. A good friend of mine who is very involved in Israel, Kalev Myers.
