and we thought that you would be really interested in hearing from them about the recap of their experience.

Yeah, it was really a great experience.

And this little podcast you're going to listen to was just me and Lindsay Meles and Katie Allen sitting in our little Airbnb living room.

And before they took off that day, they left the day before I did because I had to stay for the

extra recording that we did, which will be coming out soon with Dr. Zach Bush.

So I stayed an extra day.

And we just wanted to catch everything and memorialize it

so that we could remember some of the thoughts and adventures that we had while we were here,
