Hello, dear listener, and welcome to this bonus episode of Inner Work.

So I wanted to sit down and create this bonus episode to address a little bit what's been going on or what I feel and perceive has been going on at the collective level in the last couple of weeks,

the last few months, because I am hearing from so many students, but also fellow healers and

friends, that the energy has been feeling pretty intense, sometimes with a lot of ups and downs.

Sometimes we are getting caught up in some old patterns and ego patterns that we thought we were done with

and finding it difficult to get out of those mental loops and old stories and all of that,

maybe even old habits.

So I wanted to address a little bit from my perspective, part of what may be going on here

and some tips for kind of moving through it.

And this episode was really sparked by a question that one of my

Akashik record students asked about what do you think is going on energetically in the last few weeks.

And so in my response to that, or part of my response to that, was that I think,

so on one level, absolutely there is a mass awakening process that is underway. So if we think

about where we are just in terms of human evolution,

so the evolutionary trajectory that we are all on as a species, as human beings,

then we are at this particular juncture and crossroads in that evolutionary trajectory of a mass awakening, people really

coming to a sense of deeper truth of who they are and how the world actually operates beyond

material reality, the fact that there is a spiritual

reality beyond what we think we are seeing, touching, tasting with our human senses.

So that is absolutely happening, and that can be a challenging process. And I think what's contributing

to the heightened energies that we've been experiencing is also mass resistance. So in other words,
