Hey everybody, we wanted to share a little bonus piece with you today as we are about

to head into Lent.

For this season of Lent, we've decided to produce a daily spiritual practice that we'd

like to invite you into with us.

It's called Lectio Divina, and Science Mike is going to tell you a little bit more about

it here in a second, and then lead us in one together.

This sort of meditation technique is an ancient and powerful one.

It's focused on the scriptures, and we are making the whole series available, all the

days of Lent.

It's going to be like 44 of them.
