Did this come on your radar, even for your own show?

And are you familiar with bringing species back from the brink, back from extinction?

Oh, yeah.

It definitely came up on my radar.

I may well discuss it on Jimmy Aiken's Mysterious World, which is a podcast I do that looks at mysterious subjects, including cryptids.

I've talked about de-extinctin animals before.

I did an episode a while back on the thylacine, or the, it's also known as the Tasmanian

tiger and the Tasmanian wolf.

It's a kind of marsupial that's an equivalent.

It fills a similar ecological niche to a wolf.

And it also has stripes, which is why it's called the Tasmanian tiger.

And it's believed by mainstream science that it went extinct in the early 20th century, in the first half of the 20th century.

But there keep being these reports that they're still out there.

And I think that it definitely is likely to have survived its reported extinction, whether it's still out there

is more debatable.

It may have gone extinct since then.

But even if it has, we're going to have it back because they're going to de-extinct it.
